  • worn or washed items

  • preorder waiting periods communicated before purchase

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • clear photos

  • description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • exchange

  • store credit
